Through 1:1 coaching, Leah supports changemakers with thinking partnership, strategy and accountability to move toward business and communications goals and increase impact.

It starts with getting clear on the why at the heart of your work, identifying the role communications can play in that work, and the true capacity you have for it.

Core 1:1 Coaching Offerings

  • Navigate your communications and overall business strategy needs with this two hour container of support. Sessions can be focused on a specific need or on broader strategic support. They can work as stand alone sessions or often are use as a way to provide ongoing support: meeting quarterly to support execution of a communications strategy for instance, or 2-3 sessions strung together to go deeper into an issue or opportunity.

    Examples of how these sessions have been used include: Roughing out a communications strategy for an upcoming program, event or season, launching a new service or product line, navigating a business opportunity or challenge, getting unstuck around a particular area, and breathing new life into communications overall.

    Includes: intake form, two hour 1:1 session (in person or virtual), and follow-up with action items + summary

  • Work with Leah to map out a communications strategy and detailed communications plan for the next 6-12 months.

    Together you’ll identify key goals for your communications and then map out the who/what/when/ where/ why to reach those goals. We will map out content categories, clarify target audiences, and evaluate and prioritize channels. Then we will establish goals for your top 3-4 channels, commit to frequency, and brainstorm content ideas for the coming months. We will also talk through any process roadblocks or inefficiencies that could be resolved or invested in.

    $4,000, 4-6 weeks

    Includes: 2-3 90-minute planning sessions and support between sessions.

  • Support your vision for your work with ongoing monthly coaching with Leah combining strategic support with hands on execution support. Begin with a 2-hr strategy session to identify key needs and areas of focus.

    $1,300/month, recommended 3-6 month commitment.

    Includes: two 60-minute coaching sessions per month + 3-5 hours per month of content review, editing, follow-up or strategy support.

Through group coaching and workshops, Leah supports women and non-binary changemakers to grow and refine their communications and business strategy through collective motivation, accountability and wisdom.

Communicating With Power, A Craft Mastermind

A 12-week virtual live mastermind group for women and non-binary changemakers led by Leah. Using a group-coaching model, the program dives into the world of values-based marketing, an approach focused on communicating from a place of feeling. Grow through group accountability and support while finding clarity and focus in your voice.
